"What's on tap" - May 2011 from Samuel Adams

A little news and info on some new brews from the folks at Sam Adams...

"

Some may call the holiday season the year’s most wonderful time, but for beer lovers, it’s hard to beat these late spring months in terms of big beer news. We’ve got so much great stuff going on here at the Boston Brewery, we’re not even sure where to start!

How about with the release of our 2011 Sam AdamsUtopias®? One of the world’s truly remarkable beer experiences, only 53 barrels of this amazing brew were produced this year. These hand-bottled decanters are available now in verylimited supply. We know they go quickly and are tough to find, so if you are among the lucky ones to score a bottle, please share the love and a glass with a fellow beer lover.

We’ve also got a brand new and very special pack out, called “Samuel Adams® Latitude 48 Deconstructed”. This one-of-a-kind mix takes the five hop varieties used in our Samuel Adams® Latitude 48 IPA, and breaks them out into five distinct beers, all with their own special taste and character. Try each and we think you'llcome to appreciate the difference between these hops.

And if for some reason this just isn’t enough beer for you, we’ve also got the American Craft Beer Fest (or the “ACBF” for those in the know) coming  the first weekend in June, as well as a unique collaboration with our friends from Dogfish Head Brewery at this year’s SAVOR event.
So grab your favoritebeer, kick back, and check out what’s on tap this month.
